GET IN THE GAME
Pickleball is a growing trend throughout the country and the YMCA is proud to host this great cardiovascular game of skill and focus! The main gym is reserved every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:30am-12pm. Rackets and balls are available at the YMCA to utilize during the game.
Adult Basketball Basketball is currently underway in Vigo County! You can still sign up a team for $350 - contact Shane for details at email@example.com.
Adult Softball Registration will open in March for the next session of adult softball at the Y! The cost is $375/team. Games will be Monday and Thursday evenings.
Volleyball Coed Volleyball registration is currently open! Grab some friends and get in the game! The cost is $275/team.
YMCA Wellness Group
The YMCA Wellness Group, also known as TOO (Taking on Obesity) Group, is designed to help those who struggle to maintain healthy lifestyle changes.
During meetings, members will discuss healthy eating habits, a fitness routine that makes sense for YOU, and tips towards living a healthy life. Make this YOUR year! Join the YMCA today and find health, fitness and community all in one place. This group is FREE to Y members.

Welcome to one of the most valued offerings at the YMCA – Group Exercise classes. Through Group Exercise, members are able to reach their goals, meet like minded individuals, and enjoy their workouts together! Classes are held on a first-come, first-served basis. Please speak to the instructor about class capacity in the event that the room appears full.
Classes are open to those 14 and older unless otherwise noted. Orientations to the fitness center are available upon request. Check out our schedule at the bottom of the page.
At the YMCA we pride ourselves in offering a variety of fitness opportunities for all levels. Senior Fitness provides our elder members the chance to get fit whether it be in chair yoga, or one of our cardio and strength centered classes. Instructors help members find modifications to suit their physical needs.
The YMCA is excited to offer Personal Training to our members! Whatever your goal, our nationally certified trainers will provide plans, coaching and motivation to help you succeed. This service is now offered to nonmembers as well.
Training is offered to individuals, couples, and groups of three.
