We offer Parent-Child classes for kids 6-months to 3-years old and group lessons for kids 3 and up.
Stage 1: For anyone new to swimming, especially for those who have a hard time putting their face under water.
Stage 2: For those a bit more comfortable in the water but still working on floating and arm and leg movement.
Stage 3: We start working on good swim strokes and building endurance.
Stage 4: Here we introduce other swim strokes and start swimming more distance.
Stage 5: Focus on form and efficiency
Stage 6: Ready to try out for a swim team? Stage 6 helps you get faster and refine your swim stroke.
