Financial Assistance
At the Y, we care about the health and well being of our community. Our goal is that no one be turned away from the Y due to limited income. If you feel that you might qualify for assistance, please complete the form below and return it with documentation of your household income. Those that qualify will be eligible for either 25% - 50% off membership and programs like School Age Child care, Summer Day Camp and youth Sports.
Applications for assistance can take up to 14 days to process.
