Program Details
Join our 12-week program designed to support your health and wellness journey. This program includes:
Two sessions per week
(60-75 minutes each)
A well-rounded fitness approach
including cardiovascular conditioning, strength training, balance, and flexibility exercises
Fitness & quality of life assessments
before and after participation to track your progress
Expert guidance
led by YMCA-certified instructors who will support you every step of the way
